Shut off InterActual Player 2.0 Setup

O.S.:Windows XP Pro SP1.
Power DVD is installed on this computer, and works well as long as the
program is started. When a DVD disc is inserted in the DVD player, after the
draw closes, a setup program for InterActual Player 2.0 starts up wanting to
install itself. I would like Power DVD to start up instead.
How do I shut off this unwanted prompt.

You cant it's on the CD.
