shut down

I am receiving a message upon shut down that says
sgtray.exe is not responding/shutting down.What is this ?

Uninstall or turn off storage guard.

Hi Randy,
Are you using Vertas product? It's a StorageGuard from
Veritas.
This free utility works with BackupMyPC, Simple Backup etc.
You can remove it safely.
