Shut Down

During shut down I have a message hpcmpmgr.exe which
states that a program does not respond and end program
now. Ending program does shut down the computer, but this
is enoying.

Is enoying "annoying", or "enjoying"? ;o)

It seems to be something to do with your HP printer. Have you checked the HP
site for updated drivers?

Hi,

I had the same problem and today called HP. After waiting close to an
hour for a support person, I was told to disable the file by going to
start, run, and typing "msconfig" and enter. I then when to the
start-up menu and unchecked this file. So far, the printer seems to be
working fine. The technician told me the printer was so new he did not
know what this file did. I figure I can always go back and check it if
I have a problem.
