Shut down screen

When I first installed XP I got a shutdown screen that
offered me the choice of three buttons. Now I simply get
a message box with a drop-down selection. How can I get
my original screen back?

Hey Penny,

Did u upgrade to Windows Xp or formatted before installing Windows Xp?

Never got a problem like this before... Strange...

"Use Welcome Screen" must be enabled to get this screen

Goto Control Panel>>Users>>Change The Way User's Log in and out>>Enable Use
Welcome Screen.
