Shut down options

I somehow managed to change the option to power down my computer on
windows exit, and now I can't for the life of me find anyplace to change it
back. Is it an XP option somewhere, or would it be an averatec option in my
laptop's bios?
Not really an emergency, just an annoyance.
 
In your Control Panel, open the Power Options applet,
click on the Advanced tab, then make your desired change
under Power Options.
