I have been having this problem for several months and have no idea how to
fix it. My word program, in print layout view and print preview, only shows
one page even if a document is multiple pages. I have checked all the
settings and everything seems normal. However, when I go into page setup,
and even if I don't do anything with the margins, I get a warning message
from the office assistant as follows: "increasing right margin causes last
column to become too narrow in some sections having unevenly spaced columns."
I am unable to click ok to override this error so cannot change the margins
at all, or even set default settings; I am thus forced to simply close out of
page setup. When I print, no matter what view I am in, it only prints the
first page. :-(
I tried removing word, and office in it's entirety and reloading it but it
didn't do any good. PLEASE HELP! I am in law school and need my word
functioning completly.

This is caused by a glitch in the Columns dialog. Even if your document
doesn't contain columns (or you think it doesn't), go to Format | Columns
and click on the One view, which will check the box for "Equal column
width." This should solve both your problems.
