Showing records in a report on one line

I have a subreport that lists peoples names. However the standard format is
like this;
Name1
Name2
Name3
Name4
etc etc
with each record on a different line.
Is there any way to list the names from the records like this;
Name1, Name2, Name3, Name4 etc etc

You can change the subreport to be multiple columns that display across then
down. If you want comma delimited values then you don't need a subreport. You
can find a generic concatenate function at
