Show views in navigation pane keeps coming back

When I set up my e-mail, I set the view to NOT "Show views in navigation
pane". Every time I switch from my inbox, to the calendar, and then back to
the inbox, it adds the "Show views in navigation pane". I takes up room in my
navigation pane and it drives me crazy. How can I get this to not show at
all? If I go into any other folder, including contacts, it never changes. It
only does it on the calendar.

I have already searched all of the forums and I cannot find a solution for
this. I selected the "suggestion" response from Outlook and it added it in
this forum. You may want to ask Microsoft why it would do that, cause I
obviously don't. I already know the answer is not here.

Suggestions are only for requesting new functionality or more specific;
start a poll for new functionality. Not for reporting misconfigurations. If
you find this forum unhelpfull you can always contact Microsoft Support.

To get to your issue; tried resetting your view already? What add-ins are
you running?
