show reply on/forward to tip box

Hi everyone:

I use outlook 2003. There is a function in outlook 2003 that when you move
your cursor over an inbox message, there will pop up a small tip box showing
you when you reply or forward that email. Does someone know how to turn that
function on ?Thank you very much.

No such option, but if you select the message, the Infobar should tell you
that.

Thank you for your posting. I can see the reply on message on the Infobar.
but I do see it in one of our office computer. when you move the cursor on
one of the message in inbox, it will pop up a small message box saying you
reply it on such such date, just like the infobar did. How can I display the
information shown on infobar display on that small pop-up message box ?
