Reply and forward arrows not showing on emails in inbox?

I have two inboxes in my Outlook, one for my company email and one for my hot
mail email. When I reply to or forward emails in my hot mail inbox they never
show the reply or forward arrows so I can never remember what I have
responded to. Is there a setting that I need to change to make this happen?

This does work in my main Outlook inbox for my company.
 
The arrows don't work for HTTP accounts. Use the MSN Outlook Connector
instead.
