Show Related Links

"Show Related Links" doesn't work in internet explorer 6.0,
Windows XP PRO. By accident I removed it with Spy Sweeper,
meant to get it out of Quarantine but a friend that used my
computer removed the program Spy Sweeper. Does anyone know
how I can get it back so it works? Sure would appreciate it!
