Using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 standard with 4 different email addresses
for two people. How can I get all of the messages showing in the Inbox. At
present only the messages for me show and not the ones for my hubby. They are
all shown as being sent in the sent box. When I used Outlook 2000 and Win 98
all of our messages showed in the Inbox. My hubby doesn't have a different
login.

Do you have Outlook set to poll for mail from all 4 mailboxes/addresses?

Are you using different Windows accounts for the two of you?

I've sorted this one out now - this is a new PC and I've now set it up so
that I can see messages incoming for all accounts. The problem was that the
other accounts were not set up properly to begin with!! hey ho!
