Show hide Data

When in 'Help' you have the option of clicking on the right handside a box
-it says 'Show All' and when you do, the text that's hidden shows up green.
then when you want it to go away you click on the little box 'hide' and it
dissapears. This is also available on this page near the Post button or Close
button - Advanced Options - you click on it then it opens up, then when your
finished with it hides the rest of the document.

I would like to know how I can apply that to my documents - especially org
charts, but any other documents. I dont know what this is called and I am not
able to find answer in 'Help'. Can anyone help me regarding this????? HELP
