Show Full menus in WinXP IE

I had to do some reinstalls and now in WinXP IE, the menus only show partial
until after a sort dealy. This is easy to utrn off in Office, but how does
one enforce "always show full menus" in IE?

Found it. On IE Tools,Internet Options, Advanced -- Disable Personalized
Favorites Menu
