"Show desktop" icon on the quick launch bar is missing!

i have a little problem.... My "Show desktop" icon on the quick launch bar, is missing. Any way to return it? It is totally gone! Im kind of new to XP so im lost.
Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks.

D/load Doug Knox's ShowDesktopShortcut.zip from here:
http://dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_showdesktop.htm
Run the executable file within the zipped archive and choose Restore
