I am running Windows XP and would like to have a show desk top button on my
start menu bar. Can anyone tell me how to get that???? HELLLP PLEASE

If you have the Quick Launch toolbar enabled on the Taskbar, then the Show
the Desktop icon is on there. It may have been pushed out view by other
icons. You can move it so it is showing by clicking on the right chevron a
couple of inches to the right of the Start button and dragging the Show
Desktop icon to the visible portion of the Quick Launch toolbar. I vertical
line will appear so you can position it. Release it and it will bump the
rightmost icon out of view.

You can enable the Quick Launch toolbar by right clicking on the Taskbar,
unchecking Lock the Taskbar, right click again and choose
toolbars>Quicklaunch Toolbar.

thank you so much ... i have been trying to find this for 2 days... LOL :)
