Show contact card for incoming calls

I have connected a phone line to the voice modem, and I am able to place and
recieve phone calla through MS Outlook. But I also would like Outlook to pop
up the contact card when a registered contact is calling me. And yes, I do
have caller ID.

How are you receiving calls within Outlook?

Since it's a Windows dialer that answers any call, you'd need a WIndows app
that can also access your Outlook contacts. I don't know if any such exist.
