Show company in e-mail list using BCM

When sending e-mails I may not know the name of the individual but know the
name of the comany. Can I add a column in the list when I go to TO that has
the company and then will allow me to sort by the company name?

You cannot customise field in BCM as of now but this could be fixed in the

Not in the address book.
You can certainly create a new view of your Business Contacts that groups by
Company. Then, select the Contact, right-click and choose "New Message to
Contact".
