Show Comments on Seperate Worksheet

Is there any way to show just the Comments from Sheet1 on Sheet2 in
individual cells? So if I had 2 comments attached to A1 and D1, I would want
them displayed on Sheet2 In Cell A1 and A2.

Sounds as though you're asking a question about Excel.
