Show all menu commands

I have windows XP and Office 2003. How do I change it so that when I click
on a menu, the ENTIRE menu appears instead of the short list of the commands
I've used recently? I hate this "short" menu feature and want to see full
menus all of the time.

Nevermind.
Found it.
In Office application click: Tools/Customize/Options, click on option to
always show full menus.
