Should you convert file system

I am upgrading from ME to XP Home. Should I convert to
NTSF or keep FAT32. Will current software that runs on
FAT32 run on NTSF. Thanks for any help
 
Yes, apps dont care what file system is in use and NTFS is a little more
reliable and compact.
