Should I remove SP 3 v.3264 before final release--not having probl

Should I try to bring my system back to SP2 before the final release of SP 3?
I do not have available uninstalling through Add/Remove or uninstall in
Windows directory. I am not having any problems with the version I have
currently installed.

Are you checking the box that says "Show Updates"? If you see updates
listed but do not see SP3 how did you install it?

It is best practice to uninstall a pre-release copy of software and then
install the released version. Having said that it is likely that 3264 can
be upgraded to the rtm if you have no other way to do the final upgrade. No
one knows for sure because MS has not made any announcements concerning the
final.

I hope you did not install 3264 on a production or primary home computer.
