Hi,

My desktop shortcuts don't work correctly when inisde applications. They
treat the shortcut as a file and try to open it. From the desktop they work
correctly.

I have also noticed that on the icon they don't have the small arrow.

Anybody any ideas?

Repair the associations for htm and url here:

If clicking a link within IE, OE, or OL doesn't work, you might also try

Get hyperlinks in OE to open IE:
