Shortcuts - restricted security

Since I updated to SP2, shortcuts within my desktop
folders do not work. I get the message "Windows cannot
access the specified device, path or file. You may not
have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
ALso, the lower right-hand corner of the folder
says "Restricted sites".

Any clues? Thanks.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
