some of my shortcuts, Windows explorer and media player, and some web sites,
have recently quit working, sith the message "windows cannot access the
specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions
to access the item." They will work if I move them to the tray next to
"start". Any ideas? I'm not too much of a computer person, so I will
appreciate any help.
