shortcuts on desktop

I have a stupid question but I have created a shorcut on my desktop for
multiple websites that I browse to a lot and when I launch them they open a
window that is already open how do I get it to open its own window. I have
looked in the internet options and folders options and checked everything but
still will not work.

Internet Options, Advanced page.
Remove the check mark next to "Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts".
