shortcuts in "open" "save" dialogbox

hi there,
hope someone out there can help.
once saving a doc or opening an new doc, the dialogbox has some shortcuts on
the left side; among those desktop, my doc, favorite etc.
how can i create a new bortton and direct it to where I want?

Max number of shortcuts is five for common dialog boxes.

Edit the Places bar locations in Open/Save As boxes:
