Open Word and hit the F1 key. Look for these entries:
Insert an AutoText entry
Create or change an AutoText entry
There are some utilities that will do this in almost any Windows
application. The common one that comes to mind is "RoboType" from PC
Magazines site. Just type that name in any search engine, such as Google.
