Shortcuts broken

I have a couple of shortcuts that quit working.
For Lotus 1-2-3 I had the 12 Function Key but it quit working. How to fix?
I've tried reapplying the shortcut, created a new shortcut and then
reassigning the F12, no use. Also same problem for Publisher 2000. At one
time Cntrl + Alt P would bring up Publisher.

Anyone know the fix?

My guess is that u installed something that assigns
these keys & runs b4 1-2-3,.. do- could even be vcard.

I have looked for & asked here where shortcut hotkeys r
stored to no avail - so finding conflicts is near
impossible.

Been sitting on this problem for 2+ yrs- I guess I
assign 35-50 alone including obscure CTL+NumN's. Very
useful 4 naming conventions of mine, install
procedure,...& typing oftn used phrases.
Your help is MUCH appreciated. (ctl+sft+A)

I have a special folder where I create all of mine
via shortcuts:
Start Menu\Programs\_Hotkeys
where entry is named like
CTL+ALT+E Email
which borders on anal retentive but then
'Proper planning prevents piss poor performance'

I've heard the Proper Planning mantra for a long time. Actually carrying it
out is another thing. ;-)
