shortcut to text within cell

Hi, Is there a shortcut where you can access the data/text
when you click on the cell, without having to move the
mouse and clicking in the text box near the top?
 
First make sure you can edit directly in cell:
Tools>Options>Edit>"Edit directly in cell" is checked

then just double-click on cell you want to edit
