Shortcut to Local Disk C-Properties?

Hi. Is there a keyboard shortcut to get to the window for 'C'-
Properties where the 'disk cleanup' checkbox and Tabs for
Tools-Hardware-Sharing and Quota are?
All I know is to open Explorer, choose Local disk 'C' and click the Icon
in the upper left corner and then click 'Properties' to get there.
Something like when you want to get to the Systems Property window you
hold down the Windows key and hit the Pause key, it pops right up.
