shortcut to device manager

Hi Mikemike,

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 folder (if drive letter is other than C,
please substitute the correct drive letter), and locate the devmgmt.msc
file. Right-click on the file, then select Send To>Desktop (Create
Shortcut).
