Shortcut Target Program

All of the sudden my IE shortcuts had AOL as icons and
opened AOL when I clicked on the. How to I change these
shortcuts to open with IE?

I redid the shortcuts. When I click on the new ones I'm
prompted with the "Open with.." dialog. I click on the
box to always use the same program but it doesn't stay
checked.

I ran Ad-Aware and cleaned up my computer. I have anti-
virus running full-time and up-to-date. I use WinXP SP2
firewall and a hardware firewall!

Any ideas how to clean-up this AOL mess?

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings and Internet Explorer
should check.....
