Shortcut Properties

Am trying to get full screen from a DOS based program in
XP Pro. In the old "98" days, I would create a shortcut,
then right click it and adjust the properties. I have 2
PCs with XP Pro. I setup a shortcut to the same app on
both, but on one PC I get 3 tabs on the properties of the
shortcut and on the other I get 8 tabs. How can this be?

What application is this? You usually do only get the enhanced
Properties tabs with MS-DOS applications.
