What are the keyboard shortcuts, if any to delete a message and have it NOT
go to the Deleted items folder. We often need to delete messages and make
sure they are not stored anywhere on the server, we found that pressing
Ctrl+D deletes the message from the Inbox but moves it to the Deleted Items
folder. We want it gone for good without have to delete it twice. Thanks
