shortcut keys for comments

Is there a shortcut key to add a comment. How about to
edit a comment

Sherry, I don't think there is a short cut key for it, but you could use a
macro and assign it to a button or key. Have a look here for details

Not that I know of other than select cell press the 'Alt'
key then the 'I' key then the 'm' key.

I don't think anyone mentioned Shift+F2

I'm adding "(Cell Comment)" beside "Cell Note" in
