Shortcut in my right click button!

When i am useing internet explorer and surfing the net.
Sometimes if i want to download a picture or something i
click right click and save. But also in the right click
button there are a few shortcuts that i didint put there.
They are located above properties button and below print
and refresh buttons. I want to know how to get rid of
them and how to put some there
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
