Shortcut Icon

When i got windows xp about a year ago, i found somewhere an option to turn off the little black and white shortcut arrow that appears over the bottom left corner of all the shortcut icons. Recently i had to format and re-load windows, and i can't find the option to turn it off. I've looked in all the obvious places and the icons are bugging me now coz they don't look right. Anyone know where i need to go to turn them off

ok nevermind i downloaded tweak and it did the job
