Shortcut for Windows Picture & Fax Viewer?

Friends - I want to imbed the startup of 'Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax
Viewer' in the user tools of a graphics program. It requires the 'shortcut'
of the program you wish to run. How would I create a shortcut for
''Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax Viewer' - Thanks for your help - Bob

rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen filename.bmp (or folder name)
