shortcut for increasing or decreasing the number of decimals

All,

By using CRTL+SHIFT+1 I can change the cell format into the Number format.
What shortcut can I use to increase or decrease the number of decimals?

Right click a commandbar, select Customize, then the Commands tab, and then the Format category.
Scroll down in the Commands window to find the "Increase decimal" and "Decrease decimal" buttons,
and drag them to any commandbar - mine are next to the other formatting commands.
