Shortcut for Hidden folders?

So often we need to check hidden files/folders. Most of the time those same folders/files clutter up
our viewing of our files we work with. If there was a keyboard shortcut that could switch fast
between the 2 view, it would be great. Anybody ever heard of that? Right now I have to click 4
things to change it. It should be 1. And my hands shouldn't leave the keyboard.

Google HiddenFiles Toggle 3.0 from SpiritPyre.

It will add what you want to the right-click context menu.

That's to switch between to open programs. Not applicable here.
What I'm looking for is something that's going to replicate 4 or more clicks.
Tools, Folder Options, View,
Show hidden files and folders - or
Do not show hidden files and folders
