shortcut do device manager

Hello ,
Is there a way to create a shortcut do device manager on the
desktop?
(I mean , instead oing to
Control Panel ->System->Hardware->device manager,
create a shortcut directly to device manager)

Right-click "My Computer"
Select "Manage"

-or-

Right-click on the desktop
Select New
Click Shortcut
Type %systemroot%\system32\mmc.exe %systemroot%\system32
\devmgmt.msc
Click Next
Enter a name for the shortcut
Click Finish.

There is a space between mmc.exe & %systemroot%

The direct shortcut to device manager is "devmgmt.msc"

Search your hard drive for *.msc to get a list of other direct
shortcut possibilities.

An almost-as-fast method is to hit Winkey+Pause/Hardware/
Device Manager. It's handy in case you're in the middle of
another application and don't have ready access to the desktop
or Start List.
