If the shortcut is to a document or a program: Right click on the shortcut
and select Properties. Choose the Shortcut tab and make sure that the
correct path to the document or program appears in the 'Target' text box.
If the shortcut is to a web page: Right click on the shortcut and select
Properties. Choose the Web Document tab and make sure that the correct URL
for the page appears in the 'URL' text box.
