short cut key opposite of ctrl [

Hi,

i have lots of interlinked sheets. if i want to see the constituents of
the formula i can always use ctrl [ . The problem is i cant come back
to the same sheet/cell where i was working on using single keyboard
function. so i have to switch between the sheets and remember the cell
i was working on. any workaroundss . ctrl ] seems to have very limited
utility.
