Short cut key for out look template

Hi,
I have created a template in MS outlook 2003. I think it's a bit tedeous to
retrive the template which I have saved, each time I try to send that email.
Wanted to know if there is any way, where I can create a short cut key on
the key board and use it, when ever I want to send that email.
If the answere to my question is Yes, then how ot create short cut key???

You can create a shortcut to the template in the Shortcuts Navigation or
create a custom toolbar and assign a menu entry a hyperlink to the template.
These menus can be assigned a custom keyboard shortcut as well.

I drag them from windows explorer to a folder in outlook (I called mine
Templates) then double click when I want to open one... you can also create
a hyperlinked toolbar button but in some versions of outlook the security
warnings are too annoying.
