Short Cut Bar Additions

I want to have a section on my shortcut bar of websites that I visit all day
long. I use my shortcuts all the time and I was looking for a more
stream-lined way to access these sites. Right now I have them "posted" into
an email folder on my shortcut bar. I'd like to have a direct icon to each
of them (like the MS Update icon). How do I do this?
 
Why not add the Favorites menu item to your toolbar instead? Then you can
use the Favorites feature of Internet Explorer to maintain a single list.

To answer your question; you can drag & drop files, folders and URL in the
Shortcut Navigation to create a link to it.
