Shopping Cart will not work

I have 4 machines (1XP laptop, 2 Win2K workstations, and 1
Win98 WorkStation).
I can not seem to get one of the Win2K workstations to use
any shopping cart on any site. I have accessed the same
sites from the other machines and it works fine.
It use to work on this one.
But, after I did the latest update last week, it will no
longer allow me to order anything online that uses a
shopping cart.
Is there a setting that I should check, or is this a
result of the latest update?
