Shockwave Player

Has anyone been able to install Adobe's Shockwave Player in Vista??
I'm running Vista 64 and it seems to be installing but hangs before it
finishes...
 
Just a poor download I would think. Delete what you have and download again
at a less busy time.
 
Let it try to install and fail.
Go to folder sysWOW64 and copy macromedia folder into system32
reinstall and it should work.
(sloppy stuff from Adobe, but the above worked for me on x64)
