You don't say which service, but yes and no. Some are legit. What you get
is overstocks, closeouts, returns, older versions, etc. Some come as a CD
in an envelope. Rarely do you get a retail type box or manuals. Generally,
all manuals are files on the CD. Most charge you around $8 each for
shipping & handling. They're making a profit, you're getting the program
cheap.
