shift key

I was trying to play a pinball game, but each time I press the shift key 5
times fast, I get bothered by a Windows message 'if I want some option'
(Dutch version). I DON'T want any option I havn't set myself and I don't
want this interrupting message anymore.
Now I have tried all options: 'OK', I have tried 'cancel', I have tried
checking the 'switch off' checkbox in the message window, but I still can't
get rid of it!
How can I get rid of this unwanted frenzy?
